Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial
Your first 7 days are free. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before trial end, your selected plan automatically begins and your card is charged at the end of the 7-day trial.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
- You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
- No cancellation fees. No hoops to jump through.
- After your period ends, your account reverts to read-only. Your data stays for 90 days in case you come back.
- Founding pricing is only preserved while subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later reactivate, current pricing applies.
Monthly Plans
We don't do prorated refunds on monthly plans. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the month ends. If something genuinely went wrong (billing error, couldn't use the product), email us and we'll make it right.
Annual Plans
Annual plans can be refunded within the first 30 days if you're not happy. After 30 days, you can cancel but the remaining balance isn't refunded — you keep access through the end of your year.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@canarysocial.com with your account email and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds hit your card within 5–10 business days.
Our Promise
We'd rather lose a subscription than have an unhappy customer. If you feel like you got a raw deal, talk to us. We're reasonable people.
